It's a sensitive matter. Anti social elements can get involved. Public as well as private property will be lost. Moreover people can die in a direct agitation.

So much power in a single province. Had South Punjab been created, as promised by IK, within the first 3 months of his government, this wouldn't be as bad as it is today.
