This is normal case, when someone knows his next boss is coming then he does same tactics in third world countries mainly. But for immature PTI supporters it is a prove of rigging.

Actually it proves their stance that Sethi is biased and corrupt guy, this statement is coming right when ECP report has been released, coincidence I don't think so.
