Buddhist Monks Offer Prayers in Jaulian Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

yes we must show the world that Islam itself is tolerant towards other religions

A bit of intelligence is too much to expect from you?

Fact - there is strife in india on religious grounds (also on caste, language, economic resources grounds etc etc). The reasons for that strife are many and well known to you (historical, political, economic etc etc). India is a poor over populated country with tremendous divercity and that leads to some strife and occassional breakdown in law and order. Sometimes it becomes big, but mostly contained well by the state (nobody died in Delhi for example).

But that has nothing to do with secularism. The strife would be there (infact much worse) in a hindu india or a muslim india. If anything secularism reduces that strife.

Lastly, people following their religion in India is not news. Congrats on YOUR news, but don't bring India into it, and don't blabber on about secularism.

you want to prove that you are at abyss of ignorance. No problem.

listen carefully now! it has something to do with secularism when state becomes party to it. Gujrat massacre is just an example of that. If you need to know how easy it is for people to follow Islam, and what cost they have to pay for that, please read Sachar Report.

You are intellectually so dishonest. Even if one were to entertain your unproven claim of state involvement in Gujarat (despite hundreds of convictions, of both hindus and muslims) and a supreme court investigation, even then those riots happened over 12 years ago. Why would you bring up a skirmish in a suburb in delhi which was contained by the state and nobody died in a thread about ceremonial pictures taken in a remote part of Pakistan and claim the victory of the islamic ideal over secularism???

Are you unable to think before you post? are you in a hurry to see the victory of islam over secularism? Exactly where does your thinking ability fail you?

 Pakistanis commenting on secularism of India.
the fact that this thread along with "hindus celebrating diwali" becomes a showpiece, itself shows how rare this is in Pak.
People celebrating their festivals would be considered normal here

We have a deep history with Buddhism.

It is bat khela.
Please ask this website to fix the erroneous name.

Must be a different town,I had been to bat khela during school time because of my cousin who had married in this town
Town? No, I am not talking about a town. I am talking about the place. These are known as But Kara ruins, where once, a Budhist stupa used to be.

The monk in the last photo looks like he is praying so that no suicide bomber will show up around that area, lol. Nice to see things like this happening in Pakistan for a change

your parochial approach toward these communal riots is obvious when you ignore to name the responsible of such incidents. Muslims of Gujrat are till now waiting for the justice. The history tells that if the responsibility lies with Hindus to incite such incidents, the state will turn a blind eye towards it. The news of such riots come regularly from India, at every Diwali and every Eid where the victims are mainly Muslims.

Islam doesn't require to claim victory! Refrain from posting such comments. .

Pakistan is moving towards religious harmony, while India has fallen to a known terrorist Modi. terrible times ahead for India, if this creep Modi remained.
Modi,Modi,Modi. My heart fills with pleasure seeing Muslims burning every time they hear his name.Modi means a lot to Hindus like me.He is a symbol of triumph against Muslim aggression and atrocities committed against hindus over the Years.Though I dont completely believe that modi had any hand in guj riots,I would like Muslims to believe that he did.The rise of modi is one unbelievable story.I wanted him to become PM one day but even in my wildest dreams did I ever believe that he would become the PM of India(even after he was named the PM candidate by bjp as I believed bjp's allies won't support him).I request some Indian on PDF who has good writing skills to write an article on modi and what his rise mean to India and Hindus who have been suppressed for centuries in their own land.

Buddha had he been alive, would have never endorsed the hatred of Pakistanis towards Indians. He would have declared his allegiance to india and Santana dharma from the red fort. So,Pakistanis should stop promoting his shrines even if it means some money for them .
