Not Really. Israel- India relations have much deeper relation than you can think. Its an Ideological Relation. Plus They contribute in Space, Agriculture and Several Scientific Areas besides Defence.

Even if Pakistan were not there, Indo-Israel Relation would flourish. Jews have been here before Independence.

Its Not Like Pak-China Relations where your statement fits better.

I completely support Israel. But let's not talk about policy issues stupidly and simplistically. Israel isn't sitting on billions of barrels of oil, Saudi is. Whether we like it or not we'll have to do a balancing act. So let's not criticize 'arab' policy as unfavorable and what not. That's just lame. We have to ensure our interests remain balanced.

Because Israel despite being such a small country (most Indian cities have a bigger population than Israel), and formed so recently, after such a horrific tragedy to their people, is yet a place of scientific knowledge and economic progress, and socially it is an oasis of peace and stability in a war torn region. As the author points out, even muslims in Israel have more freedom of religion than in neighbouring islamic countries, where each sect is on the rampage to collect the heads of other sects.

Let me make one thing very clear to Pakistanis - If "killing muslims" is what earns our love, then Pakistan would be the most loved country among Indians.

Indians who i encountered on the social media supported the Israeli campaign even after it became clear of the large number of civilian deaths in Gaza and expressed it mostly with anti-muslim profanities...
