As a matter of fact, nobody counts if you are NRI or not, as long as you are travelling on a foreign Passport.

Where as you can tell us how many foreign nationals(and you can include Pakistani ex-patriots in them) have dared to visit Pakistan, since you say, there is no more terrorism in Pakistan.

LOL anyone travelling on Indian passport is an Indian tourist and not a foreign tourist.
