The advantage Britain has is expertise in all areas of manufacturing and world class R&D. We won’t be building up logistics and knowhow.
10 years to get it up and running ... absolutely possible.... £2bn whilst initial investment will go a long way as the infrastructure and manpower is already in place as well as working relationship with European and US defense industries.
