Bring Back [IMG][/IMG] !!

This forum now looks like ancient-
A better solution would be let the host embed the images and videos like before-
The Forum doesnt need to host them-
 
I always save images or transfer them to good file host. You never know when a link can go down.

When you click "Upload a file"...just paste image's link. No need to download to your computer.

It will get some time to adopt but it's not that bad.

I don't think you can upload directly from a link.

I have confirmed that this works. To clarify @Sinan 's advice, when you click on the "choose file" button, just paste the image URL into the file name field, and the image will be uploaded. Then click on the "insert full image" button next to the attachment to embed it in the article you are posting.

@WebMaster Can some programming magic automate this process for us, i.e. simply convert the IMG tag into an attached file that is embedded in the article at the point of the tag?
