They should, just get Ukrainians to promise not to fire them into Russia and only on Russian occupied territories including Crimea and Donbas since its pretty fair. Then they will be resupplied by ATACMs.

Yeah and the U.S. is extremely dangerous. Hence you don't see the Russians attacks the U.S. and other countries supplying weapons. They always talk about nuking everyday, but that's it.
