After the collapse of the building ,I guess its impossible to determine the exact cause.
but my guess is electrical problem . the building was nearly 60 year old and it was filled with workshops.

not if the building was designed to be a commercial building , the problem was that the building was old and didn't met any of modern standards about fire and other hazards .the workshops were about producing clothes and such things so there were a lot of flammable materials that were producing a lot of hazardous gases after burning so that made putting out the fire a lot harder.

another problem was the owners of the buildings didn't care about the warning they received before.
