RAW is not like the CIA or ISI. IB & RAW work more like the FBI in the States. They will not touch any person unless they have already gathered incontrovertible proof of his/her involvement in activities that are harmful to national security because everything in the end goes to the courts.
If RAW/IB ever does anything even close to what you imply, they will be publicly exposed and may even be turned toothless, as has happened in the past to many powerful organizations in India.

LOL what utter bullshit. RAW gave Pakistan a list of 50 suspects in Pakistan in "connection with Mumbai attack" and they turned out to be either dead or farmers who have never left their town in their lives.

If you didn't figure out that ISI has cells in India as RAW has cells in Pakistan then you do need a little course on how intelligence agencies work

I know both countries keep eye on each other but India is over hyping ISI capabilities to get leverage.
