Breaking: 6 policemen killed by grenade attack policemen were on duty outside Afaq Ahmed’s house

KARACHI: Six policemen were killed while one more sustained injuries when two police vehicles came under hand grenade attack outside the Muhajir Qaumi Movement chief Afaq Ahmed’s residence here on Saturday.
Police said that unidentified armed men hurled a hand grenade at a police vehicle deployed outside the Afaq Ahmed’s residence for security purpose. As soon as another vehicle arrived at the site of the incident the armed men opened fire on it.
Police and Rangers have surrounded three streets of Landhi No.6 and launched search operation.
The bodies of policemen have been shifted to Jinnah Hospital.
