It does not say anything about integrating of Brahmos guidance system with Kh-101 nor does it nullify the original news rather the original was about integrating Russian long range missile guidance system with Brahmos n not the other way round...

Besides India already has access to Military GLANOSS signals we don't need a barter for that, that to for a Indo-Russian JV....

The truth is such ambitious defense barters will intimidate china as KH-101 of any KH-55 family has range enough to strike deep into china...
China has already these missiles and can easily integrate Beidou into the Navigation system...

Dude, what do you get when you marry Akula with new software? You get Arihant with "Made in India" stamped on it.

my point was that Safriz was making claims out of his own imagination n his link had no relation to his claim...
besides Arihant is more of based on Charlie Nuke Sub provided by Russia in the late 80s although it do incorporate a few features from Akula Sub also but still Akula is a much bigger n powerful sub than Arihant n can dive as deep as twice of that of Arihant...

Do u guys think that we have really increased the range of Brahmos by integrating Russian navigation system or its just some media speculations...

I mean ofcourse Brahmos range can be increased considering it was derived from Yankoot but ain't it would be against MRCT...

If Arihant is a derivative of Akula II, then i'll be happy. As Akula is one of the most stealthiest nuclear powered Sub in the world. While delivery, it came right under the nose of the Chinese, without raising any alarm.

If any SSBN can get any close during conflict, it's game over for the adversary.

i have no issue in accepting the fact that Brahmos is nothing more than a upgraded Yankoot with restricted range or Arhaint enjoyed a lot of Russian support hell even our PM accepts that...

U didn't get my point, Safriz was saying that Russians borrowed brahmos guidance system in a barter for GLONASS military signals n the OPs article has is BS by providing a link which says Russia is going to test a Kh-101 with improved guidance system n nothing more(no mention of even the word Brahmos in the whole article)...

my point was since Russia has already agreed to provide India with military signals of GLONASS n Brahmos is more of a JV, so his notion of barter was out of the box that all....
