i must divert a bit to say the males in ads of those days could be called men... not like the silly boys of today's indian ads generally who promote motorcycles and cell phones and t-shirts that are to be worn on the outside and strange colored pants. as for lisa, i remember her in the big-size "illustrated weekly" magazine ( ) that was i think india's only tabloid magazine then... khushwant singh wrote for it.
