Bold claim from Sarfaraz Bugti

. .
Removal of settler teachers is behind such poor conditions of Balochistan
Its criminal to see how gruesome massacres of settlers slip under the radar just because bias
Yaad mat dila bhai....being in balochistan and experiencing it personally makes it all the more painful...

The period between indepenendence up until the mid 60's saw great development. We need our historians and documentary film makers to talk to the people that made the country develop back them, before they pass away.

The people need to know how the nation was developing, and dealing with ethnic issues in a fair way.

Further more, exposing those that are local "kings" of an area, due to money, or land ownership, or connections needs to be done. but we need to do this only if the government has a plan to replace them with a well managed system. Model centers should be pilot programmed in a few urban areas, rural areas, and across different ethnicity. They should be first tried within PTI strongholds to maximize on local political support, and try to get local "kings" to reform to following the law, and not stopping development.

While we fix our economy, we need a plan to root out once and for all these deep elements of corruptions that hold back people from developing.

To make up for the underdevelopment of places like Baluchistan, they need a larger share per capita on spending for their education, technical training, health care, etc.

The goal is to reach the same standards no matter where someone is born in the country. In the end not only Baluchistan but every part of the nation will benefit from the productivity coming out of the rest of the nation.

Even This is happening today. You should have brilliant & experienced teachers to build highly educated youth so that they can be a part of betterment for their own society.

I fully agree with him. It's our Pakistan so we should not make a NO GO Area for any Pakistani. Unfortunately Baluchistan & tribal Areas have still this mentality.

there is a mafia there like in Sindh that feeds on the misery and backwardness of its people so education is seen as threat and hence non local teachers have been regularly targeted
colleges and universities constantly closed with threats of violence
during last many years all appointments were coming from outside baluchistan and they feel alienated . now many teachers and govt officials left baluchistan and who are remain at jobs , want to leave quickly as possible due to constant life threat.

That was the exact samething with FATA. It was the guy with the yellow turban and his lackeys that kept FATA in the dark, even after getting millions is development funds. That all went into their pockets. This is a major threat that needs to be dealt with

Yeah lack of education is a serious matter here and I believe root of all evils too .

Instead of education when youth will concentrate on separatists or stuff like that, then expect the ignorance .
If once education takes its place here , half of problems saved dearzzz ..
