I grew up with minorities in Pakistan and it was not all bad. Like any 3rd world country, Pakistan is not the best place for minorities but neither is it the worst.

I don't agree with your first point. People may have a difference with Ahmadis in terms of belief, but the majority would not want any harm to befall them. The local extremist mullah culture is to blame for these issues. The same mindset that has made the killer of Salman Taseer a hero in the minds of some.

As an Ahmadi I have Sunni relatives from the Ahle Hadith sect and we all get along fine. Apart from theological issues we are all the same. What I mean is that we are all Pakistanis. I believe in Jinnah's Pakistan. Theological differences will exist for as long as the human race is here.
