Today’s news is about lawyers shouting against CJ LHC. True “Justice”, on this after the so called re-birth became an alien word. For example my high cost Laptop typed complaint to the Federal Ombudsman got rejected limine that a complaint should be “in writing”.

The Advocate listens the misery of the aggrieved or reads the Notice, and in plain language explains, in plain language, where his potential client stood before finally accepting the Wakalatnama. The two learned and highly educated children of our now ex-PM engaged professionally renown lawyers, of course on huge fees, but how miserable on the part of these professionals is that they did not tell and explain to their innocent clients what was the charge against them for which they had received the Notices. It is professional misconduct. The Apex Court in the larger interest of the nation, legal professional and justice-system should take a “suo moto” on this serious issue and refer the matter to Judicial Commission for an in depth point to ponder study and add in the Lawyers Code of Conduct. And, last but not the least, these concerned advocates be directed to refund the fees charged to their innocent clients who were, according to these two clients, they did not know what was the charge against them and had to appear without knowing that.
