Adani has done multi crores of over invoicing besides other things, why is he not investigated?
On the contrary his files are being closed.
Did Adani call you personally?
'Adani-Ambani got Rs 1,85,000cr loan under UPA'
On the contrary Anil Ambani has been backlisted and hasn't received a single paisa loan in last 3 years
@Fireurimagination
Approach the courts instead of doing dhingana, remember, if they have lied in their affidavits they will be disqualified as MPs.
Why should a private citizen go to court in the case of Amit Shah's son?
The probable tax loss is to GOI, they should verify how his income multiplied 16,000 times.
Did any private person/India go to court against Kirti?
So why in the case of Amit Shah's son?
Under 40 months of Modi, both have been borrowing Mukesh & Gautam, just like during Congress.
Why is Modi not stopping them?
If not private citizen, then the opposition can, it's actually their job.
If somebody believes Amit Shah's son has done anything illegal then he or she or Congress can always approach the courts.
If not private citizen, then the opposition can, it's actually their job.
There were people who looted and plundered countries wealth so much so that many banks now have 15-20% NPA. Remember Manmohan Singh and Chidambaram writing to banks to pass loans of Mallaya?? And there is somebody who is trying to recover all the plunders money by corporates but for guys like you CONgress in and Modi out
Biggest ever fire sale of Indian corporate assets has begun, to tide over bad loans crisis
First you said the following:
Now you changed the track and came on opposition?
Opposition & media both highlight the corruption, but they have no power.
The power belongs to the ruling government.
Yeah even you can approach courts if you want to. You said why should a private citizen do the same that's why I said that opposition party should, of course if they feel that there has been some wrongdoing.
Look at my question:
Why is not Modi stopping them?
Why deflection?
Abo is not my answer.
Congress is no more, it lost.
Case closed.
Now lets talk of BJP.
The government or opposition or you should if they believe their is a wrongdoing or corruption. If that fellow is selling utensils and everybody wants to deal with him because he is Amit Shah's son then well his luck. If he is landing government contracts then of course he should be investigated.
Which private citizen went to court against Kirti?
Going by that logic that anybody whose business has grown should be investigated then Tata, Birla, actually whole of parliament and everybody will have to be investigated. The question is whether there is any prima-facie proof, reason or case can be made.
Its Modi's government that went against Kirti.
No private citizen.
If they can do like this, why not Adani & Amit Shah's son?
Income has grown 16,000 times in 2 years...After Modi's advent...More than Prima-facie case here...

So is Adani's case...
How that Chidambaram got busted? Modi government didn't went after him, his links surfaced during investigation in to Sheena Bora and Raja corruption cases. Frankly 80 crores is peanuts for son of second most powerful person in India today, if I would have been Amit Shah's son I would have made 800 crores all legit and white with 0 corruption.
Last week IT raided once company and got 7 crore Rs.
So its not amount of money, its a corruption.
2 years 80 crores, 10 years how many crores?
Its a clear cut case of DA = Disproportionate assets.
Was Jaya not sentenced on the same charges?
