Going by that logic that anybody whose business has grown should be investigated then Tata, Birla, actually whole of parliament and everybody will have to be investigated. The question is whether there is any prima-facie proof, reason or case can be made.

The fellow is filing his returns and disclosing his dealings to ROC which is getting audited and all. The company's growth and deals are in public domain I hope Kejriwal is researching on the same at this moment of time.
