In some ways I agree with OP.

upper castes do treat the rest with contempt and scorn just like a bad foreigner would do.

He is a politician mate, i do agree with you that caste discrimination still exsits and it's more persistent in state like bihar but it is diminishing and this should not be his political agenda because he is not helping them with this kind of speech.
The only way caste discrimination can be reduced is development and education.

Ethically the cm post for a punjabi in Haryana is wrong. Haryana came to existence so that punjab and punjabi can't dominate this land.

But ......wtf it's no issue khattar got his brothers licence for gas agency cancelled so that they can't use his name and stature. So this guys is fakkad but ethical.

yaar we are still backward. Killon ki keemat badh jaane se kya mil gaya? I don't see much of our people in education field, our people only run after police or army jobs and we are not exploring other areas.

that true ... in gurgaon there are few villages of jaats .. mostly thakran, sehrawat and katariya. saale ki kaachi gaadi chutad tale .. mote sone ki chain ... aur bidi. half of them are into petty crimes and half of them are into taxis and autos now. plus they are renting out their houses to biharis and bangladeshis. gud gobber kar diya in haramzado mein gurgoan mein toh.
