why Pakistan don't send terrorist list in international forums is Pakistan's decision and India has nothing to do with it. If you can provide the list good for you, if you havent then please spare us the rant.

For India, its simple, we will take up our issues wherever we feel fit. If not acceptance is the fear we carry in our mind then we will never be able to present anything anywhere. Pakistan has not been able to succeed in UN to get any result by bringing the topic of Kashmir. So should you stop now ?? I guess that's and answer we leave with the diplomats.

While the declaration did not name anti-India groups like LeT, JeM at the same time it did not also name anti-Pakistan groups like TTP, JuA unlike the previous declaration which named both.
