first of all,
1. there is a diff between convicted criminal n a suspected criminal.
2. the encounter which followed, was an encounter, until it is proved otherwise by the court of law.
3. if the encounter turns out to be fake, sufficient measures should be taken to avoid further occurences.
having said that i have some more observations. fake encounters take place only under two circumstances----
1. the convicts (proven or otherwise) are a threat to some high flying neta/industrialist or both in their cases of corruption etc.
2. convicts (proven or otherwise) are actually guilty but impossible for the law agencies to prove them guilty in the court of law.
now in which category the "terrorists" lie, only time will tell.
