There is a big difference between hijama and blood donation.
Hijamah(wet cupping) Vs. Blood Donation
Hijama is only way to detox your body .The (bad cell) from your body can not be remove without performing hijjama treatment. It is the best way of treating your body with no side effect .
When people talk about the health benefits of Blood donation, it is similar to Venesection (puncturing of veins) which was called Fasd in old times.
The difference between Hijamah & Fasd is the blood itself, Fasd (Blood Donation) removes fresh blood from the veins; while Hijamah removes the septic blood from underneath the skin.
FASD is helpful for diseases that are cured by extracting out the fresh blood, & those ailments are very few, but Septic blood which is the root cause of many diseases is only drained out by Hijamah. Ibn Al Qayyam wrote that "Cupping extracts the septic blood more efficiently than puncturing the veins". A surprising fact is that the Hijamah blood can't be donated.
Please share your experience after your hijama procedure.
I do hijama when I feel stressed out / I feel I’m way too tense. I also have a mild BP issue. The Hijama procedure is carried out by a Sufi brother and he tells me that generally, it should be done twice a year - when the leaves fall (autumn) and when the leaves sprout - when spring begins.
After Hijama, I feel totally different. Refreshed mentally and physically الحمدلله
And yes Hijama takes out toxins from the body as well because the blood is extremely thick compared to normal blood because I’m a regular at blood donors
