Hahaha must be really cheap beer. They drink it like crazy here in Australia as well, and it smells like pizza dough. Which is not a bad smell at all.

Well I like the smell of fresh tortilla chips. But I don't like that smell when it's coming from foot odor.

This guy is pretty rude, and what makes him think he represent "we foreigners"?

Do you know why this guy keeps claiming his identity of being a foreigner? It is because, after staying in China for some time, he gets to know a hidden form of hierarchy among peoples in China, that is, first tier foreigners, second tier government officials, third tier ethnic minority, and fourth tier Han majority. Foreigners, at the top of the pecking order, enjoy many privileges, special treatments and sometimes immune from punishment for certain misdeeds or crimes. A dalit form India will become a brahman in China. I remember one white lady once said: China and Chinese people are soooooo kind to foreigners and I have to confess that you people should never expect reciprocal treatment in my country.

Below is a quotation from an Indian’s answer on Quora to corroborate my viewpoint.

NOTE: The Chinese police deserve a special mention as they're the warmest towards a foreigner while being dead strict against their own citizens. (Had a first hand experience when I jaywalked on a busy road)

The contrast between leniency and harshness indeed impressed that Indian guy. So I don't think the Pakistani in the video thinks he behaved improperly, he acts properly according to his understanding of Chinese society.

Chinese people do give benefit of doubt to foreigners, as they don't know our culture and we do not expect them to conform to our way of living. It is common among East Asian counties that are influenced by Confucian culture. I once live in Japan for a few years, and some American dudes I met in local bar told me the similar observations and experience.

But anyhow, this guy's upbringing is certainly on display in this video. He should have at least known not all foreigners think like he did, and not all foreigners smell the same. He is not in position to act like he is somehow superior. He was just taking advantage of Chinese people's kindness.

So he cycles onto a train, is all sweaty himself and has the audacity to complain about smell... lol

Unfortunately that's always the way on a commuter service at peak time. He's lucky he got a seat.

Similarly Chinese towns are famous for their dirty and dirty smells in US. However, if you talk to a chinese, he will try to tell you that they are cleanest people.

The odor he is talking about is chinese cheap alcohol smells like the stuff u mix in wall paint to make it thin.

He is right the odour is pretty strong in common slow trains. Plus people eating all kinds of food doesn't help either. With time i think this problem will be taken care of . but to ordinary chinese citizens who consume alot of alcohol this is a non issue. Only for us foreigners who are not used to smelling like alcohol drums is the problem. This guy is seems honest in his vlog.

But as u saw the chinese citizenz are very friendly and welcoming towards pakistaniz and foreigners in general.
