I read somewhere accuracy is better than 5m in pacific area region.
Its like 3m in Singapore, so no luck for you in Germany.

Today in the history of aerospace: At 20:00 on June 25, 2016, China’s new generation of launch vehicle Long March VII was launched at the Wenchang Space Launch Site in Hainan. About 603 seconds later, the load combination and the rocket were successfully separated and entered a near-site 200㎞ and an apogee 394㎞ The elliptical orbit, the first launch of the Long March 7 carrier rocket was a complete success. This marked the smooth start of the mission of the China Manned Space Engineering Space Laboratory.

That's ordinary for Every inland Space Port from any countries on earth.
As long as they declare NOTAM and Temporary evacuate citizens in drop zone area before launch, everything is OK and scheduled like this

That's why China build their New Wenchang Space Port in Hainan island.
