you can't understand from pictures but ANKA is fvcking huge compared to any tactical UAV, including this one.

Specs are much different and MALE UAVs are used for strategic recon and are deployed by Turkish Air Force. Tactical UAVs are used by ground forces. Mainly because tactical UAVs are easier to detect due to lower altitude. This becomes exceptionally important in mountainous areas.

We don't know what kind of E/O is going to be equipped on that Tactical UAV but I can assure you, it will not be limited to Day only Camera. As for your remark on SAR not weighing anything , I'm pretty sure it does.
