Wherever we have terrorism, Our Army dies for us so that less Indians come to harm. In your case, your military has far less casualties than your civilians.

Despite being geographically and numerically much larger than Pakistan, our Military ensures that fewer Indians die in terror related issues than Pakistan. Your military serves itself.

While for Pakistan the time period taken was 2003-2016

When you can back up things with facts then you will be ready for a debate . Otherwise you are just gun slinging here and there . For Pakistan it was 2003 because pre - 2003 we didn't have terrorism . We didn't suffer all throughout 80's 90's quite similar like India has .

That means when you had 12k causalities during the 90's we had none . So it's not really our fault that you were burning throughout the 90's especially in Kashmir where people were roaming around freely with Ak-47's . So even if you take ours from 1994 there would be no change in total figures because we were quite peaceful during the 90's .
