Im sure what they mean is more joint-training. Its software that matters a lot more than hardware these days when it comes to counter-terrorism.

I would like to see joint training between NSG and Bangladesh counter terrorism units....and involve the CTU of US Spec ops and also Canada JTF-2 and any other top forces of the world.

Bangladesh should raise a paramilitary force specific to counter-terrorism first and foremost I think...and invest more into its domestic intelligence gathering (and also extend it into bordering parts of India with Indian collaboration). Smoke the suckers out of their hiding places and then liquidate them one by one.

I think NSG came here to investigate the two recent attacks...and this might lead to our forces working together in the near future...
We don't have any dedicated counter-terrorism force...except RAB which is like an improved version of our police ( more like Indian QRF ) and also police SWATs ( but they are not much heavily equipped like NGG but highly trained )

Intelligence gathering is a topic which is totally undisclosed by the government..
