Juvenile...thought only Indians have this trait that borders on bragging and boasting, B'Deshis have got some.

Bangladesh is too tiny to have a 54,000 km long expressway(reality check)...Bangladesh is just 17% of the size of Pakistan so no hope for that long road even if it crisscrosses the country. A tiny puny country...with matching egos opposite of it.

SEZ does not work that way. Alloting land and developing them goes simultaneously. For instance all Mirsarai land is already allocated long before it is completed.

SEZ works the way I have described. Govt. develops a zone and the foreigners request slots. You are quite wrong about allotment of land in Mirasarai or any other SEZ. Click the link below. It says 57 garments company have applied for land. I believe, all or most are Chinese companies. But, I was talking about manufacturing plants where more values are added to the products. Stitching garments is very low value output goods.

Do you guys think that only textiles will ever make BD a developed country? Your other points in the post need no reply because the reply above is sufficient.

Well my mistake.....it is actually 46 km.....I was reading the length was given as 46730..didn't notice it was in meters. My bad.

No, it can't be, because I don't have access to any empirical evidence if they really satisfy the criteria of a 5 star hotel or are based on the same standards that we follow. This is why I mentioned 'international chain hotel' to have a comparison based on close to uniform standards. We have our share of local hospitality brands but that would be pointless if I try to compare their hotels with other countries.

Anyway, we all know that Pakistanis are richer than BD'shis due to cumulative wealth built up since 1947, and so no surprise that Pakistan has better looking cities and infrastructure than BD. I expect BD cities and infrastructure to match Pakistan in around a decade's time.

Despite the acrimony of the 1971 split, most BD'shis wish for a peaceful and prosperous Pakistan. Hasina is just playing politics and most BD people do not take her anti-Pakistan stance seriously.

look mate as i have repeatedly mentioned in this thread i got no beef with bangladesh just with the misinformation spreading trolls (regardless of their country ) and for that he received the warning .it's not that we are unhappy with your growth or something it is great that whole subcontinent is getting out of that 3rd world mess although the process is bit slow.it's just these unsubstantiated claims about my country that many troll here like throw around are the problem as explained by @Pluralist
