I observed that many intellectuals also think Hasina should have a safe exit , but they can't speak it directly because of fear of people.

If you watch two recent talk shows of colonel oli Ahmed ( one with Kanak sarwar , and the other with Hasina akhtar of Table talk UK ) , also talked about her safe exit , later slightly changed his tone due to public reaction!

Dr Jafrullah and even Mirza fakhrul ( recently before arrest) also suggested Hasina for safe exit!

That mean not only BNP sided intellectuals , but even BNP general secretary want the same!

So why she is still silent? I don't think she is so greedy ( although not a firishta as well ) , she just failed to manage proper way to exit!

So yes a chaos ( by BNP or other party ) and then military takeover ( like 1/11 ) and then handover the power to a technocrat , can give her a safe exit!

( Already head of the technocrat is proposed by Dr Jafrullah long ago and it's Dr Younus, and recently VP Nur also said so )

It's the only way for her safe exit I think. And I think Bangladesh is going to the path soon!

A technocrat govt is still not democracy , but at least non political , hence no chance of family dynasty!

Later if any atmosphere of democracy created that's fine. If not then such national unity Govt can be continued with all party representatives included in the Govt !

Not only that they are willing to pay 90 taka for 1 cad if needed as long as money can be taken out as fast as they can at any cost.

Could be the safety net for these people and hence the rush.

I think the bank heists are all done at the whims of Hasina Bibi. I cannot imagine bank looting on such a large scale can happen without the direct involvement of Hasina Bibi.

She is getting the maximum benefit instead of those who made it happen. Note that no BB investigation committee has been set up so far.

However, I wonder how Hasina can use this heist money. Perhaps, Hasina wants to keep the next govt busy to find clues about her evil works.

I agree with you that there is rampant corruption and faith in banking system is very low among Bangladeshis right now.

But, as a Canadian citizen, did you report the individual who brings in "30 mil average" a year into Canada? Clearly not. Since you haven't done that and instead profited from the proceeds of corruption through your real estate business - you are part of the corrupt system. You are facilitating the legitimization of corrupt laundered money. You are just as bad as the BAL corrupts.
