That is wrong I think. However, Kilo is more mature platform. Talking about Bangladesh, is it buying new or used subs? I think SONG class sub should be Bangladesh's preference due to several reasons.

039 Song is nearly On par I would like to say, little bit short in fire power. Acoustic quietness adjacent to 90DB. The current 039C Yuan with AIP is far superior than Kilo.
