This is absurd. Rohiganyas are bengalis racially and culturally. Last time I heard they were refusing Rohginya refugees. They were always forcibly steriliazing them.

Why is an Islamic nation oppressing its own? If they continue to do so then these Bangladeshis immigrants need to be treated the same way in India.

Rohingyas are not Bengalis, they have different culture, different language. There are documented proves that the Rohingyas have been inhabiting Rakhine province since the middle ages.

Most of you carry American/UK passports, does it give you right to talk about how your adopted countries treat Mexican illegals or eastern European immigrants legal/illegal people?

Simple.From 1988 officially rohingyas of Myanmar started coming in hoards in Bangladesh. Because Myanmar government decided that people who are not descendants of tibbetian origin is not part of Myanmar, so either they are killed or forced to flee the country, where they are the original people of that land.
Now in Bangladesh, with its political turmoil and struggle, people of government and local generous individuals hav been aiding,providing these refugees with place,food,cloths.in some privet own NGOs even give them work for money.there are schools inside the camp.run by our people. Teachers are mostly from the camps.
Now.the problem we face currently is the population and extensive work ,money,time,efforts that goes in to these camps .So far we got international aid only thrice in last 20 so years.UN only observe but they don't help,not even red Cross. Any epidemic in on of these camps if starts can kill millions of Bangladeshi people as well as rohingys over night.
Few hundreds has been sent back ,but with rohingys and local illiterate /clueless people almost every day they are coming in to Bangladesh unnoticed and getting lost in local community.
Until we find a way to send these people to their country the are and will be a threat to our nation.Population is a minor headech compared to other serious matter regarding rohingyas.Yaba business, small arms,(mostly hand made),prostitution,moral standard in terms of lifestyle are in jepordy.
These are little tit bits I can provide you now.
But after reading this, would you still think that we should welcome them with open arms?
A small push from USA can resolve this issue in no time.But until then they should be in camps like they are meant to,because they are refugee from Myanmar not Bangladeshi.

Replace bangladesh with india and rohingyas with bangladeshi's....and then i will hope you will come to appreciate india's concern of illeggal migration from bangladesh.

What i am saying is that mass migration of bangladeshi are disturbing already the fragile peace in northeastern areas and adding to communal tension in northeast, distubing the regional demographic and when we complain you guys say ...meh.But i hope that now when you are present in the same sitiuation you will hopefully realize our headache and strain on indian resources similar to the strain on bangladeshi resources due to rohingya migration.
