Both India and Pakistan’s testing rare is below Bangladesh where India’s testing rate is just a fraction of both Pakistan and Bangladesh. I lost track of the article otherwise would share with you.

If I am not mistaken India’s testing rate is .08%, Pakistan’s .6% and Bangladesh’s .7% per million people.

India is aiming to increase the daily testing of samples for coronavirus to 1 lakh from the current (at last count) around 30,000 tests in 24 hours. So, the testing numbers are set to improve now. But for that the labs have to work double shifts.

Thousands Gather for Bull's Funeral in India, Get Booked for Violating COVID-19 Lockdown - Video

New Delhi (Sputnik): Jallikattu bulls are revered in rural southern India. They are viewed as the pride of their villages and owners, as they bring laurels back home after participating in the bloody bull-taming festival "Jallikattu". One such prized possession was a 10-year-old bull, which died following an unknown illness.

Thousands of people congregated in the southern Indian city of Madurai to pay respect to a temple bull, violating the national COVID-19 lockdown. The locals participated in the funeral, defying the prohibitory orders of the Tamil Nadu state government.

The bull was placed in a funeral casket and decorated with garlands and fabrics for the procession in Alanganallur village in Madurai.

However, about 3,000 people who participated in the funeral were booked for violating the prohibitory orders, Section 144, Madurai District Collector T.G. Vinay told ANI news agency
sorry didnt know. But that dont change the fact Mullah's are dumb.

In this funeral of Imam some people are seen on the roof top as if they can touch sky and the Heaven would heed their plea. Muslims remain as ignoramus now as they were 1400 years ago. No wonder, except Turkey all other Muslim countries remain at the the lowest rung of the ladder.

I have found Turkey people in Japan very pragmatic and secular minded. Never seen any of them indulging in politics, fanaticism or religion. Not one of them I found are practicing Muslims and not one ever talks about eternal Paradise. Not one is bearded.

I wish and expect all other Muslim European countries would follow Turkish brand of religion because it is the path to economic progress.
Albania, Kosovo, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan are even more secular and liberal minded Muslim countries than Turkey. It is mostly about the level of education and economic development. Above mentioned Muslim countries are highly literate and upper middle income countries. They achieved universal literacy at least 2 generations ago. Even some Middle eastern Arab countries are quite liberal like Turkey. Morocco, Tunisia, Lebanon comes to mind.

And your observation about Turkey is mostly correct. Despite Erdogan's Islamist politics, general population there are quite secular and liberal. You should see this video from Izmir city of Turkey. You can easily mistake this city from Italy or Spain. Very few girls are with headscarves but plenty of them wearing shorts and miniskirts.:D
