lol, this is a non-issue to begin with, these chinese member here commented on this post are getting way too excited for one phone call.

We have been in worse relationship with the US in nixon era, did we move on to China then? Nope. Heck, the last pro-Chinese Australian got shown the door even before his term are up, because he is too close to China, a country we still model our enemies with. The Australian Defence Force is not created to assume a full out war break out between United States and Australia, the Australian defence force are currently modelled against a Chinese Invasion to South Pacific as per Defence White Paper 2016.
