What's new

Aurat March

They are not demanding equal rights. Rather acting on the instructions of their foreign handlers..

Koi khuda Ka khauf karain.
Not everything is hinjew saazish and not everyone is paid by by foreign handlers. Did it occur to you that women of this country could ask for equal rights or did that thought just fly over your head ? You have quaids picture as your dp but I'm going to ask your to reconsider and put on Dr Shahid Masoods or Zaid Hamid as your dp.

Come on seriously Stud vs Slut? What sort of right that is?

And going by the images ..... none of these women live in conditions as the real victims, not that they don't deserve or cannot raise voice for them ........ but these women sadly don't understand one bit of what really women who are suffering are going through. Trans women I can understand ......

What equal rights are they demanding? Is there a law that discriminates against them? They have family issues and should be solved inside their homes... WTF aaj khana khud pakao? what govt has to do with that? and then WTF is that slut and stud thing? only a true slut can demand especially when sponsored by a foreign funded NGO.

As far as my DP is concerned, anything will be better than your DP

...BTW nobody puts his or her own image as DP ...May I ask why did you do that?

Youre partially right. Like I said in another post that I personally don't agree with the "feminist" as per say movement either. What started off as a drive for equal rights has now been hijacked by the western femenism where women are running around naked on the streets because it'll supposedly get them their rights.

The drive I support is one for equal rights regardless of one's gender, religion and social background. Sadly no such movements exist in Pakistan which is why people have been reduced to this. The whole "stud Vs slut" thing is as stupid as it gets, neither behaviour should be encouraged. And you're right that it's highly unlikely that these women are on the short end of the stick but as Pakistanis it is our responsibility to represent and demand rights for the voiceless (in this case the women who are actually being mistreated).

what's that?
So you're saying that your DP is commensurate with your opinions...Well I agree with you on that mate

Thanks :)

Now you're talking some sense. I'm all for proper rights for women...Islam has provided women their rights and those should be provided to them. But what's not equal in Pakistan for women: they can drive, they can vote and their vote is equal to men, they can marry, they can do job, they get the same medical treatment, they for shopping (actually empty the pocket of their husbands).
A Pakistani woman totally depends on her husband to bear her expenses even if she is doing a job. While here in west boyfriend only pays for his meal, his rent, his travel and if he gives anything to her, she feels gratified.. and to get all those rights what these libturds are demanding, the woman in the west has become a sex object for men. She has to run day in and day out in Gym to stay in shape or her man will dump her and her market value will go down while Pakistani women are still supported by their husbands even when they turn into elephants..

Raising voice against any and all injustice is not the problem ....... the problem is keeping silent on malicious people hijacking all the issues and exploiting such situations for their benefit. This fight for justice is bi dimensional ..... asking rights and protection for the genuine victims and keeping check on people who exploit, distort and destroy all such movements.

You need to understand that not all movements are geared towards the law or the govt. This movement for example is aimed towards stigmatization. Honour killings, rape used as a punishment, acid attacks, female infanticide, street harassment, condemnation from tribal councils and even stigmatization of divorce has nothing to do with the law, the protest is towards society.

These are not those women. Most of them will go to a McDonald and KFC after the so called protest and holding the nonsensical placards provided to them by someone..
I know that a lot of women are suffering in Pakistan and I agree with you on that. For that we need education emergency and good governance. We need good imams who tell the men to provide their women the rights Islam has provided them. Legislation will also help but the most effective change will be through the social awareness. That's a long and untiring struggle and will require at least a decade if we start aggressively now. The problem is that govts of the corrupt people like PPP and PMLn have alienated the poor and the religious people. We need an institution like Diyanati in Turkey to educated and appoint Imams who spread the true teachings of Islam among the people.

Ummm not going to throw you shade for this but to be honest giving women their rights according to the Sharia will be a downgrade lol, those "rights" were more fitted for the middle ages.
