• Need 4 witness only to carry HADD punishment,for rape, which is stoning to death.The judge can give non-HADD punishment even if there are no 4 witnesses,like life imprisonment,if there is enough evidence to punish like videos,medical report and etc.
• Men also need 4 witness to prove anything against a women.Failing to produce 4 witness the men will be punished.

• For the same reason martial robbery,marital theft,marital food poisoning, and etc. are not considered as robbery,stealth,poisoning and etc.

• If buy physical abuse you mean like 1 or 2 slap that leave no marks.Yes,you are right these are not considered because the men is given the position of leader of the family and if he has the authority to punish any wrongdoing just as parents have authority to punish children.
• But by physical abuse if you mean using her as punching bag,then yes it is considered as abuse.

• Because she is under no obligation to use her wealth for the welfare of her husband,children and family.
• But the husband wealth is used for the welfare of wife,children,parents and other famliy members.

• If by divorce you mean TALAQ,yes,you are right women can't give TALAQ. Only men can give TALAQ.
• Women can take KHULA. But men can't.

• Are not allowed to step outside without a man's permission. Because the men is held responsible for her actions.So,he is given the authority over her.If a women take some thing on credit then the creditors will not ask her for the money,they will ask the men to pay the money taken by her.

• Being JUST is always more better then being equal.Islam gives justice not equality.

Sir all the issues which you have mentioned, except forced marriages, are not gender specific.

Male children and men also suffer from bonded labour. In my experience I have seen more male bonded labour/slaves throughout the places I have travelled, both local and international, rather than female. Similarly, malnutrition is also not an issue of gender subjugation, poverty affects men and women alike.

Same goes for inheritance and low-workforce participation. Men are more likely to suffer from low-workforce participation due to introduction of "diversity quotas" in an already small pool of available jobs. In order to increase the female participation the solution is to create more jobs, rather than forcefully inducting women and leaving out your average bread winner of the family.

I don't give a shit to your opinions that roams around certain norms of this soceity we're trying to get rid off .
These women are having fun and speaking about the differences they experience in a very , very bold way that no one in pakistan would have thought . I don't see them moving around topless or attracting the men. They're speaking their voice about something unusual so let them be . They're not degrading or demeaning hijabis like you , they just are against these things imposed forcefully, so you should also show some non judgemental view.

That's all in your mind if you take this as sexualising nd degradation of women body , while I perceive it in a different image in my mind . Just difference of thoughts , you know .
