Where the national of those countries submit there working proposal for there native countries and get financial aid from Western govts. Now a days its kind of business to grab money from West, but they also financing many good programs through NGO in South asia in the field of education and clean water projects.
But it turn bad after Osma binladin / Shakeel Afridi NGO case.

IP traces are used by all agencies to determine threats. Usually these can be narrowed down to the exact subscriber at times.

Also, it is not surprising that such voices may/do come out of the embassy; as there is a lot of support for these events as destabilizing factors.

What the RNC tried with democratic conventions for its interests is applicable to US interests worldwide.

Pakistani deep state (ISI) has this habit of playing long games be it Afghanistan, Kashmir or internal terrorism-related issues. Their stretched ploy is often irritating but that's how they do it generally

On the other hand, our neighbours (India, Afghanistan) play it fast and quick i.e Pulwama, Mumbai attacks, Article 370 etc They just hit and collect the reward without overthinking the longterm consequences.

Well isnt it obvious that embassies will try to promote things that align with their own values at home. Embassies do a lot of things to gain influence and information. It doesnt make that some kind of 5th gen warfare to destabilize a state. There are real issues in the society or else it wouldnt be happening every year.

Though I personally do not appreciate the action of civilians taking law on their hands such as throwing stones at the march but a country where government cannot do anything to stop immorality then civilians unfortunately take law on their hands. I would really appreciate if you disclose some of the evidence regarding this.
