At Russia's request, UNSC demands Turkey immediately stop cross border shelling of Syrian territory

We must do something about the UN. It has become a criminal organization which legitimizes the crimes against Muslim states committed by the super powers. Either there should be Muslim states in the UNSC or we should collectively get out of it for good.
My friend it doesnt work like that. There are thousands of UN aid programmes which wont be possible if you aren't part of it and which are very much necessary for countries like Bangladesh and even India. If blackmailing UN would work then every country would have its way.
You should be happy that you are away from the conflict zone and enjoy the one of the most peaceful neighbor-hood and have no enemies. See the example of China and India. They never go out of their way to get involved in disputes that are not in their vicinity.
Bangladesh has the advantage to focus more on its economy and HDI and raise the quality of life to european levels .War is easy but peace is invaluable.Enjoy your geographical position. You dont have any stakes in those wars.

Aid programmes are no good when the very existence is at stake. We'll request this mafia organization to send all its aids drugs to india. I believe India has the largest aids epidemic in Asia

As I said Muslims all over the globe should make a concerted effort to reform this mafia organization or get out of it for good.

But, as it appears, both Egypt and Malaysia are fine with the UN statement. They had all the rights not to vote or, worse yet, to vote against. Yet, the decision was unanimous although no body pushed them to vote in favor of Syria's submission. I am sure, if there was Indonesia or Pakistan (or both) among the 10 temporary members at the moment, they would be voting for it.

So, a union based on religious affinity is archaic and practically impossible. If it were based on some secular idea (like the OPEC), then it would be more feasible.

UN is the best we have now and the countries you identify yourself with such as Turkey or KSA are devoid any capability of constructing alternatives.

Look pal, three or four Muslim states do not represent the entire Muslim World. If we, one billion Muslims decide to discuss our future course, it's our damn business. Keep your Marxist rubbish out of it, thank you.

First of all, we're discussing Russia, not the US. Second, what makes you think I support one strike and not the other? Third, the US strike was called in by the ANA, meaning that it was mainly Afghanistan's fault. Fourth, if you want to reply to me in a serious manner, use proper logic.

ANA was a scape goat you know ANSF is not allowed to call for US air strikes since Karzai issued a decree banning air strikes, secondly the same thread was posted earlier in this forum on US hitting MSF hospital in Kunduz; share your reply (if you had any) here so my logic could follow suit.

this current world order ( UN and UNSC ) is result of WW II , if someone want to change it , then it should begin another world war and make another world order ...

The ANA is guilty, it wasn't scapegoating. A lot of what Karzai ordered was eventually reversed by Ghani, including night time raids. Ghani also signed the agreement to let US troops stay past 2015, which Karzai refused to order. You're comparing the policies of two different administrations.

Anyway, this is the only thing I will say on the matter. What happened in Kunduz has nothing to do with this. Don't bring it up again, or you'll be reported for derailing the thread.

UNO stand for U for United States and NO for rest of the world. If you have guts change it otherwise sit silent.

First of all, RT isn't really a good source. Second, title is misleading. Third, Russia JUST commit a war crime by bombing a hospital.

Yeah, I trust Turkey to do what it needs to do, in order to protect itself.
show me the boddies? if Russia has bombed a hospital and killed 50 people you would have seen all kinds footage from the western and saudi propaganda media crying like little girls 24 hours 7 days a week

That's poor logic there, alfy.

The fact that the Russians and Syrians aren't denying an air strike, but blaming the US for it, means that there was at the very least a strike that occurred at the hospital.

If you want to argue with me, you better bring some damn good reasoning to the table.

There was no consensus as the head of the UNSC claimed, he lied like his Russian pals. Here's the true story:

UNSC head accused of twisting views on Turkey session

Venezuela's UN envoy was accused Wednesday of giving a false account of closed-door Security Council discussions on Turkey.

Council diplomats told Anadolu Agency that Rafael Ramirez's remarks that the body unanimously objected to Turkey's shelling of PYD targets in northern Syria did not reflect a consensus view by the 15-member panel.

Ramirez holds the chair of the Security Council for February.

"It doesn't reflect actual substance of the discussions", a spokesman for the French UN mission said. "Ambassador Ramirez made a correction later today at stake out."

A spokesman with Britain's UN mission also weighed in. "We do not believe [Ramirez's] comments reflect accurately discussions within the Security Council.”

Following closed-door discussions on Turkish shelling, Ramirez told reporters Tuesday that all council members expressed concern about the issue and urged Turkey to abide by international law.

He later held another news conference, in which he walked back these comments, admitting his remarks did not reflect a consensus view.

"I have to be clear to everybody, we don't have any product, any press statement, presidential declaration, any resolution about this issue", Ramirez said.

When asked if all council members expressed concern about Turkey's actions, he said the members "expressed their concern about that situation, about the bombing of humanitarian facilities, about the many issues, very complicated issues, but we don't have any product at the moment, we are waiting, still discussing this issue [sic]".

The Venezuelan UN mission did not respond to Anadolu Agency’s requests for comment. The closed-door session, which followed consultations on Yemen, had been requested by Russia, a permanent member of the council.

Venezuela and Russia are allies of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in a conflict that has left more than 250,000 victims dead and made the country the world's single largest source of refugees and displaced persons, according to UN figures.

The meeting followed Turkish shelling of PYD and PKK positions in northern Syria for four consecutive days in retaliation to artillery fire from PYD forces based around Azaz town, located in Aleppo’s northern countryside just 6 kilometers (4 miles) from the Turkish border.

The PYD is the Syrian branch of the terrorist-declared PKK, which has since 1984 targeted Turkish security forces and civilians.

Good, so if ANA calls for an air strike on any US/NATO facility in Afghanistan would they hit that? or anything else blindly? do you think USAF is that naive?

I still insist ANA was a scapegoat and later US ground forces smashed any relevant evidence in the hospital.

First of all, RT isn't really a good source. Second, title is misleading. Third, Russia JUST commit a war crime by bombing a hospital.

Lastly, it was you who derailed the topic.

Considering friendly fire is a thing, and it HAS happened in the past, yes.

The US trusted the ANA to provide proper coordinates, their trust was misplaced.

You can insist all you want, but it won't change anything.
