I would say the poor muslim in delhi and mumbai are from west bengal, assam and bihar.These 3 states alone contain 50 million muslim.Most of them speak Bengali.These states's muslim are very poor and have higher birth rate.So they move within India a lot to do menial jobs.But whenever they move from one place to another, they are branded as illegal Bangladeshi by the paranoid local hindu people.

Before getting to the rights and wrongs of it, I think that statements that hint at extending Rajnath Singh's big-balled jingoism is hateful and obnoxious. If there are illegal immigrants, and I am the first to say that there are those, and that they are Bangladeshi, because I have come across them myself, they have to be identified and either returned or legitimised.

Can you prove that they are what you claim they are? Do they have some documents like NID/Birth Certificate issued by Govt of Bangladesh? If you can then please do so I believe we'll be willing to take them back. You can't round up whoever you want and expect BD to accept them.

Afghanistan have been a battle ground between various stake holders which resulted fleeing of Afghanis to your borders areas and town many of them moved into your cities.
But situation here in India BD border is totally different, daily 5000 illegal infiltrators sneaking into India just to make their living Thanks to BD increasing population & extreme poverty.
As Indian middle class getting busy these BD maids getting work in our house for dishwashing, etc. as I've already discussed this stuff.
I don't have any hate for BDeshis or Muslims in general we do have roughly same Muslims population as in your country.
But India is already a densely population & adding an Australia every year, would you bear the amount of illegal infiltrators sneaking into your jam packed cities?

I am not entirely denying the existence of Illegal migrant from Bangladesh to India.But the number, BJP RSS completely blown out of proportion.They are propagating the impossible number of 5-6 million illegal Bangladeshi in Assam, when Assam have total 10 million muslim.That means, genuine Indian muslim in Assam is only 4-5 million.Muslim were already 21 percent of population of Assam in 1951 census.In 2011, the percentage has risen to 34 percent.If you discount the alleged 'illegal Bangladeshi' that means, native Assamese muslim decreased as a percentage of population in Assam in 1951-2011 period.This is very much unlikely, because Assamese muslims are very much backward and have high fertility rate compared to hindus.So it is entirely possible that, muslim went from 21 percent to 34 percent in the last 60 years just by procreation.There may be few lakhs illegal Bangladeshi in India, mostly in large cities like Delhi or Mumbai or Kolkata.But claiming that, more than half of all muslim in assam are 'illegal Bangladeshi' is a pure nonsense.

These people come to India just to back their livelihood which they find in Indian cities.
I visit their slum to buy cigarettes & stuff they enchroached a pwd open ground near our office, their ladies wear sarees & they speak Hindi just like Biharis I didn't even knew they are Bangladeshi until someone told me about it.

Every year 8 lac hindus get converted to Islam. This number somehow omitted in any census report.
