Does Asad has the money to buy a new suit anymore . Last I knew, he was begging for donations from the terrorists and the Russians playing buddies there.

Not to mention, the Russians first need to break even or make a few dollars on their SU-35 project. It hasn't sold enough to get to that point. Once that somehow happens, then the SU-37 can be developed.
