Off course, Hezbollah doesn't represent the interests of Israel and US, hence it's without a doubt labeled as a Terrorist organisation, just like the Taliban in Afghanistan, who are the actual inhabitants of that land. I can give you a very good example, whoever speaks against the Tyranny of US and Israel are labeled as Terrorists. Julian Assange is one very good example for you.

But, what your Israeli friend was trying to explain was that Israel blames Iran for the creation of ISIS, and that ISIS is one more proxy game that Iran is playing in order to get closer to Israel. By looking at ISIS actions everyone in Muslim world would think that they are extremely religious as they do not allow woman without Hijab and man without beard. But for every Muslim in this world Israel is their soul enemy, and a root cause of all these problems in Middle east and in Muslim world. Why is it that for the first time in the history of Muslims modern wars People from Western Countries including US are joining ISIS?
