Freak one time spectacular attacks do not count as meaningful insurgencies and Pakistan has stayed away from stirring any trouble in India for long however India had been smelling blood with appetite towering high only to be disappointed in recent years with morsel or two here and there, not exactly a feast they were looking for. Frustrations are high, too much money spent in proxy mess and negligible tangible results. Pakistan is still not cowering down as they had hoped and accepted India as alpha male. One Thing I have seen if someone has different Citizenship he must leave that to join army in pakistan but what if that person is also part or were part of other countries force than can he volunteer for some time or not in a situation like this

What does that mean? We lost many men cause we believed that they will stick to their posts. But Pakistan got the short end of the stick, was brutally exposed on the drama about non-state actors. If you still think that Kargil was your victory, I for sure will not argue against it. It's good for India.
