In my hometown (Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu), there was a conflict between the trading caste (Nadars) and the fishermen community (Paravas). The Nadars to get the Dutch favor converted to Christianity. The Dutch being Huguenots converted them to protestants. Now, the Paravas turned to the Portuguese for protection. They converted them to Catholics. Go to Kanyakumari, Tuticorin and Tirunelveli districts. Every Fernandes(Paravas) caste person will be Catholic. Every Christian Nadar is CSI (Church of South India-Protestants). Even today the caste feeling is the strongest among these communities. Christian Nadars and Hindu Nadars marry among themselves. Same is the case with Christian Thevars and Hindu Thevars (I am a Hindu Thevar and I have many cousins who are Christian, who in turn are married to Hindu Thevars). Same is the case with Pillais. But there are no inter-caste marriages.

If the conversions were because of caste inequality, then Christians should be the most casteless society. And we know what a load of bull that is. The lower castes who convert to Christianity have separate Churches and separate cemeteries. Either you know all this and you are lying or you are extremely ignorant.

Can't post links since I don't have that privilege. Google these: English Civil War, Thirty Years War, Spanish Inquisition, Eighty Year's War, French Wars of Religion. Do you even know why Ireland fought for independence from England? Do you even know why the daughters of Henry VIII, Mary and Elizabeth disliked each other? Mary and her mother were Catholics, Elizabeth and her mom Anne Boleyn were from Church of England. Mary wanted to execute Elizabeth but only relented because she did not have a heir. And after Elizabeth came to power she eliminated all the Catholic rivals. She even was at war with Mary, Queen of Scots for religious reasons.
I doubted whether you were deceitful or ignorant earlier. Now I can say for sure. You are the latter.
