Army Special Forces?

Saw this vid on youtube and at 3.28 it looks like the people shown are special forces, they are wearing balaclavas and goggles on their helmets and moving impressively tactically, also earlier there were snipers in gillie suits, these can't be ordinary infantry man surely? Can someone also tell me why earlier in the vid the IA men are wearing yellow high-vis jackets?? wouldn't be used in real ops surly?
