All Indian Key board warriors on PDF please report to closest Indian Armed Forces recruiting stations. No more PDF just rigorous training !!

The Muslims are only 3% in the Indian Army inspite of their population in India being 14.4% !!
Sir why muslims would join IA while they have reservations and scholarships???
@PK @Hindustani78 @Pulsar I am right??

.
take from PDF we have so many super duper officers here whom think they have more brain then armed forces

.
Stringent standards for recruitment set by Armed forces are biggest hurdle. But still for a country of Billion + and counting vigorously it's nothing sort of embarrassment. In this materialistic world pay scale is a major criteria which attract or repel youths. I will say men behind the machine still counts for much even in this increasingly automated defense set up. To lure away more meritorious youths GOI should increase the perks and at same time hurry up on ORAP.

Reservations are only for Hindu low caste !! Even the Christian and Muslims belonging to Dalit background are excluded !
In kendriya vidyalaya ( central govt schools) provide free books, uniform ( I mean you have to buy books and submit that bill to respective class teachers and collect money from principle) irrespetive to religion or caste.There may be some cases where it was taken by religious minded poeple ( i bet mostly private institution)....the fact is muslims in south prefer jobs rather than joining any armed forces.. sorry I don't know about north india

.
Already quality of an indian army officer is really poor , to make up for these shortages they will further lower the standards

Elaborate a bit on that. Is it in comparisons with their other counterparts around the world or it's your personal acumen.

And they say we don't have enough ammo to fight a war more than 20 days ...while on visakhapatnam highway there I face traffic halt @ 10-15 mins due to naval convoys carrying missiles on canister trucks ( but covered with tarpaulin cloth) may be torpedos...Do u think any nation would reveal her secret...that too while Ajit dhoval as NSA...
