Asharq Al-Awsat

Countries across the Arab world condemned the terrorist attack by the Iran-backed Houthi militias in Yemen against Saudi Arabia’s Shaybah natural gas liquefaction facility.

The United Arab Emirates on Sunday strongly condemned the terrorist attack, which poses a “serious danger to world’s energy supplies.”

It renewed its complete solidarity with Saudi Arabia, saying it “supports it in all the measures it takes to protect its security and stability and combat terrorism and extremism.”

The Foreign Ministry said the security of the UAE and Saudi Arabia are “indivisible and any threat against the Kingdom is a threat to the security and stability of the UAE.”

Bahrain’s Foreign Ministry slammed the “cowardly” terrorist attack, saying it posed a “grave danger to the world energy supply.”

It affirmed Manama’s unwavering support to Saudi Arabia to maintain its security and protect its interests, vowing full solidarity and backing its efforts to eradicate terrorist acts of all forms, read a statement carried by the Bahrain news agency (BNA).

It called for “serious and strict measures to put an end to these terrorist acts and attacks and confront those who support and finance them.”

Egypt condemned in the strongest terms the blatant attack, voicing its solidarity with Saudi Arabia and measures it takes to preserve the security and stability of the Kingdom.

It warned against targeting vital facilities in Saudi Arabia, including compromising the safety of energy infrastructure.

Kuwait on Saturday denounced the attack, saying was aimed at “destabilizing the security and stability of the Kingdom and the global energy supply.”

It demanded an “international effort to avoid crises and conflicts and more tension in the region,” said an official source in the Foreign Ministry in a statement carried by the KUNA news agency.

The source underlined Kuwait's full support to Saudi Arabia and all measures taken to maintain its security and stability.

The Jordanian government condemned the vicious terrorist attack as a "very dangerous escalation" targeting Saudi Arabia’s stability and risks further tension in the region.

Spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Sufian Qudah underscored Amman’s solidarity with the Kingdom and support for all measures aimed at preserving its security and stability against terrorism.

Saudi Energy Minister Khalid al-Falih said Saturday that drones hit the Shaybah natural gas liquefaction facility, causing a small fire.

In a statement condemning the attack, Falih said there had been “no injuries” and that the fire had been put out.

The “cowardly attack shows once again the importance of the international community confronting all terrorist groups that carry out such sabotage acts, including the Iran-backed Houthi militias.”

. . . .
Did they condemn when Saudis attacked a school bus full of children?
They did.. and said it was a mistake, since the Intel said there were going to be only Houthi commanders on board the Bus, but these Houthis brought kids with them..So where have you been when the Syrian regime bombed hundreds of thousands of Syrian civilians with the help of Iran..do you know how many kids were killed? in the thousands if you didn't know..and those were no accidents, it was deliberate.. so the difference is very clear..

They all convened it was a mistake.. recognising own fault is much better than just condemning an event.. because you fix it for good.. but mistakes happen in war.. look at the US in Afghanistan or Russians in Syria..
Nope the Houthis are backed by Iran and Hezbollah somehow.. and they are fighting other Yemenis backed by KSA and an Arab coalition.. get your facts right.. the mercenaries are the Iranians who help the Houthis smuggle weapons..KSA has borders with Yemen if you didn't know..

The fact is. These so-called Arab world leaders can be easily bought...

The investigator said al-Bashir had said he also received two previous payments of $35m and $30m from Saudi Arabia's former King Abdullah, who died in 2015.

"This money was not part of the state budget and I was the one who authorised its spending," Ali quoted al-Bashir as saying. The former president told investigators that the Saudi money was exchanged and spent but he could not remember how, according to Ali. He added that the former president did not have documents providing further details.

you just don't want accept reality

Omar al-Bashir told investigators he had received $90m (£73.8m) in cash from Saudi Arabia for personal use, a detective has said in court on the first day of the deposed Sudanese president’s corruption trial.

The revelations of Saudi support will reinforce fears that Gulf states are seeking to advance their interests through secret deals with rulers and key power-brokers in Sudan. Sudan’s military has strong ties to the Gulf monarchies, having assisted in the Saudi-UAE war in Yemen.

This question should be asked to you?
You are the real fitna, leading the killings, in Afghanistan, in Pakistan, in Iraq, in Syria, in Bahrain, in Saudi Arabia, in Yemen.
Every target killer captured in Pakistan states, he was trained in Iran and he works for IRGC.
Every terrorist attack in Pakistan can be traced back to Iran or it's allies India and haters of northern alliance.

The Arabs are awarding Modi with a ceremony and award after his atrocities in Kashmir, these people don't care about Muslims

Why are you crying for them?

I just stated facts... may be you have doubts not me.
Iran regime as well is in bed with India.
Recently Pakistani PM warned UAE in favor of Iran, which was also uncalled for.
UAE is no more a friendly state, but it doesn't mean that you start cheering the act of terrorism, which actually happened in Saudi Arabia, who is still our ally.

I used to see afghans as fellow Muslims

Then they tried to screw us by becoming India's lapdog, it meant Pakistan had to work hard to screw India and Afghanistan and push India out of Afghanistan

Now I couldn't care less if 100 die in Kabul because I know those people are our enemies

UAE is trying to reward Modi as he declares war upon Muslims in the sub continent

Frankly these people don't care about us, otherwise they wouldn't be committing such a outrage
