They weren't clobered by Israel they were clobbered by Western nations like the US, France and Britain who went through massive military buildups during WWII and then redirected it against a poor and ill equipped Arab League.

Please read up on 1967 and 1973. 1967 was a total spanking of the Arab Armies, while in 1973 the Egyptians had initial success, by the end they were thoroughly defeated by the Israelis. Israel's Armed Forces fought these wars on the ground, there was no presence of Western combat troops. Your assertion that Arab Armies were ill equipped couldn't be far then reality. Egypt, Jordan, Syria and Iraq were equipped with top notch Soviet Equipment. It was the incompetence of the Arab Armies that lead to their rout. Why do you think the Pakistani advisors were banging their heads in frustration at the incompetence of the Officer Core of the Arab League.

However, in terms of economic or military advantages the Arab League has Israel far outmatched.

The Arab League's combined GDP is $2.8 Trillion USD with 406 Million people whereas Israel is a nation of about 10 million with a GDP of approximately $0.394 Trillion USD

If both spent 5% of their GDP on an armed force Israel would have a budget of $20 Billion USD whereas the Arab League would have a budget of $140 Billion.

That divide is only going to widen even further in favor of the Arabs.

Here is the flaw in your logic. You're assuming the Arab League is a one unified force with one goal. You forget, there is not a single country in the Arab League that wants to fight a war with Israel. Every country has their own interests and pursues their own interest. Egypt and Jordan that did most of the fighting against Israel in 1967 and 1973 are Israeli Allies now. I will discount Syria and Iraq because they don't matter as Nation States anymore.

No i don't see this aid ending anytime soon. All the voices you hear in the US against Israel, that is to force them to back down and restrain themselves. But, nobody in the West and especially the US would dare to cut off any aid or support to the US. But again, this is speculation. You would have a better argument the day the US Congress passes a law banning all military aid to Israel. For now, the US has been quietly bolstering up defenses of Israel as we speak.
