The Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) on Monday sent 21 accused, Khadim Hussain Rizvi's brother, who were booked by the Pindigheb Police under Anti-Terrorism Act for staging an illegal sit-in, on 14 days judicial remand.
RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Dec, 2018 ) :The Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) on Monday sent 21 accused, Khadim Hussain Rizvi's brother, who were booked by the Pindigheb Police under Anti-Terrorism Act for staging an illegal sit-in, on 14 days judicial remand.
The investigation officer sought further physical remand of the accused for interrogation, but ATC Judge Suleman baig sent them on judicial remand and ordered to produce the accused before the court on December 23.
Khadim Rizvi's brother and other accused were arrested by the Pindigheb Police on November 20 for holding illegal sit-in and taking law into their hands.
