Its other way around, when Shahbagh fest was losing momemtum and announced 3pm to 10 pm time table, the news of killing arrived and Shahabagh fest schedule was changed back to 24 hrs. That is definitely not what Jamaat wants or wanted and definitely not to dismantle Shahbagh fest.

And any navie also knows there are more than one person involved and instigators of Shahbagh fest are state actor of foreign origin. So, this also gets similar fate what happened during Within Awami League regime tenure - Peelkhana massacre, Ilias Ali, Chaudhury Alam, Saudi diplomat killing - no definitive information except clear clue who could had done and who had benefitted from it. Until and unless Awami League regime departs and Awami League infested judiciary cleaned up, there is little chance truth will come out in the form of real justice. Didn't U think that it would be way too much for the pesky girl or boyfriend to copy the pattern of Asif's incision to Thaba Baba's case? All the posts present there were written by Thaba baabaa. No doubt... He used to write in Nagorik Blog. All his posts got deleted later.... for example Sofed lungi is mentioned in the 5 months old report.... Laraya de can be found in his amar blog profile. And it is not possible to change posting date as far as i know!

যুদ্ধাপরাধীদের ফাঁসির দাবিতে শাহবাগের প্রজন্ম চত্বরের আন্দোলনের অন্যতম সংগঠক স্থপতি ও ব্লগার আহমেদ রাজিব হায়দার শোভন (৩&#2539 হত্যাকান্ডে তার দুই বন্ধুর জড়িত থাকার প্রমাণ পেয়েছে গোয়েন্দা পুলিশ। তদন্তের স্বার্থে তার বন্ধু তানজিনা আক্তার (২&#2536 ও রাফিকে (৩&#2536 জিজ্ঞাসাবাদের জন্য আটক করে মিন্টো রোডের গোয়েন্দা কার্যালয়ে আনা হয়েছে বলে জানা গেছে।

গোয়েন্দা পুলিশ শনিবার গভীররাতে তাদেরকে রাজধানীর দু’টি স্থান থেকে আটক করে। ডিবির এক সিনিয়র সহকারি কমিশনার তাদের আটকের বিষয়টি নিশ্চিৎ করে বলেছেন, নিহত রাজীবের রক্তাক্ত মৃতদেহে ৮টি ধারালো অস্ত্রের আঘাতের চিহ্ন পাওয়া গেছে এবং তার হাতের মুঠোয় কয়েকটি লম্বা চুল পাওয়া গেছে। হাতের মুঠোয় ওই লম্বা চুল পাওয়ার পরপরই গোয়েন্দারা তাদের তদন্তে প্রাথমিকভাবে হত্যাকান্ডে সাথে জড়িত থাকা এক নারীর উপস্থিতি শনাক্ত করেন। এরই পথ ধরে এগুতে থাকে তাদের তদন্ত কাজ।

এরই সূত্র ধরে শনিবার গভীর রাতে তানজিনা ও রাফিকে আটক করে। রাজীব নিয়মিত বিভিন্ন ব্লগে জামায়াত-শিবির বিরোধী বিভিন্ন লেখালোখি করতেন। তার কর্মকাণ্ডে সবচেয়ে বেশি মনিটরিং করতে পারতেন তার বন্ধুরা। তাই রাজীব হত্যাকান্ডের সাথে তাদের ২ বন্ধুর সংশ্লিষ্টতা রয়েছে কিনা? এবং তাদের কর্মকাণ্ডে ও কার্যক্রমের সাথে জামায়াত-শিবিরের ক্যাডারদের কোনো সম্পর্ক রয়েছে কিনা তা খতিয়ে দেখতে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ অব্যাহত রয়েছে বলে জানান তিনি।

ব্লগার আহমেদ রাজীব হায়দার হত্যাকাণ্ডের ঘটনায় শনিবার ভোর রাতে রাজধানীর বিভিন্ন স্থানে অভিযান চালিয়ে এক ব্লগারসহ ৫ জনকে আটক করে ডিবি পুলিশ। তবে পুলিশ তদন্তের স্বার্থে তাদের নাম প্রকাশ করেনি। তাদেরকে গোয়েন্দা কার্যালয়ে রেখে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করা হচ্ছে বলে জানা গেছে।

উল্লেখ্য, শুক্রবার রাতে রাজধানীর পল্লবী থানা এলাকার পলাশনগরের বাসা থেকে বের হয়ে তার মামার বাসায় যাওয়ার সময় তার বাসার অদূরে দুর্বৃত্তদের হাতে খুন হন ব্লগার রাজিব। রাত ১০ টার দিকে তার লাশ উদ্ধার করে ময়না তদন্তের জন্য ঢাকা মেডিক্যাল কলেজ মর্গে পাঠানো হয়। পর দিন শনিবার ময়না তদন্ত শেষে রাজিবের লাশ তার স্বজনদেপর কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হয়। সন্ধ্যায় শাহবাগ প্রজন্ম চত্বরে নামাজে জানাযা শেষে লাশ দাফনের জন্য গাজীপুর জেলার কাপাসিয়া উপজেলায় নিয়ে যাওয়া হয়। সেখানে রাজিবের পৈত্রিক বাড়ির পারিবারিক কবরস্থানে তাকে দাফন করা হয়।

occasionally, it's really hard for me to believe he's the author
of a blog like nuranichapa. His actual Facebook ID is not Thaba Baba
but has Rajib in it(won't share the real one for personal reasons,
search yourself). The gf theory is totally bogus, couple was as sweet
as any other or atleast that's what I saw in real life.

It seems the wordpress site has been modified even on the 16th of Feb,
a simple traffic analytics will show the truth. Obviously a dead person
doesn't check out his blog.

Truth in this country is hard to understand but I can only ask others
to base their conclusions after some thoughts.
