What's new

Another proof that Teja is not indigenous

That may HAVE been but the Chinese have NOW become proficient and capable in 100% indigenously producing these advanced technologies and sciences ALL by themselves WITHOUT any foreign assistance. The FIRST non-white nation to do so. Tha is why the americans and the west have gone so crazy and anti-Chinese. Aside from buying fighter jets from russia, France and other white nations, WHAT fighter jets have over 1.4 billion indians developed 100% indigenously themselves.

You don't know how the aircraft development happening in present era.... Just have a look thr sweden, turkey and other aircraft developer....

Regardless Chinese, I can bet if Chinese aircraft engine and Russian aircraft engine will only option for PAF... PAF will go with Russian.... Chinese still long way to go for aircraft engine and reliability.

And Pakistanis will be fighting against Chinese colonizers in Pakistan.

I never said that. Like I said to Kaniska, I wasn't claiming its all indigenous as opposed to what's claimed in the case of Tejas. I just meant that we've have a successful marketable product.

Actually, Pakistan defence industry should be appriciated that with limited resources available at their disposal, they are able to partner with Chines and market a good product. Kudos should be given where it is due..

Now you should expand the expertise and invest with RD that would benifit overall scientific innovation ecosystem of your country.

If India privatizes the defense industry the outcomes of the R&D projects will be a lot better

For those who interested in mockery and insult can enjoy this news and for those who really wants to know why India needs to test its mk2 in France even she got atleast 10 wind tunnel facilities of its own.

Onera S1MA is worlds largest continous flow wind tunnel which collects realtime data of a particular ability known as "Supercruise".

Pakistan has chosen Chinese engine over Russian engine for J-10CE. Pakistan purchased the fighter with WS-10B engine rather than AL-31FN series.

It's also wrong to think that Indians have never and will never invent anything. Indians invented (or discovered) and independently developed many forms of mathematics. If we are limiting the scope to science and technology related fields rather than things like spirituality or beliefs.

Indian experts working overseas or in India for foreign companies also have invented many things. Surely. Certainly. As have Chinese engineers working for Microsoft's offices in China. I know a friend who developed Microsoft's as yet to be put into production smart projection (they're working on 3 dimensional projection similar to hologram display). This was all done by a Chinese team but owned by Microsoft. Huawei has offices in India for research and development. There are smart people everywhere but India's system and how they are tied down by the West (much more than China) is always going to be a disadvantage for them as the West gains more from owning more of India than the West does for China where China's government has used excellent policies in the past to prevent this from happening as much as possible and leveraging western corporate greed for its own gain.

India despite slower development is still developing so one day perhaps there would be an India less burdened by western ownership where more of its people's talents and efforts contribute to India itself rather than foreign bank accounts.

As non westerners I don't think it's healthy or smart for us to continue disparaging each others abilities using typical western lies or propaganda narratives. We are certainly smart and capable at least there are plenty enough in Pakistan, India, China but our development and progress rates are different and I argue those are less to do with people but more to do with management and state policies that take into account relative positions, cultural advantages and disadvantages etc.

true

but Indian engineering is well below china and Brazil.
Just look at our engineering exports and IT to get an idea how we have overcome tech hurdles to reach this stage.

During the first nine months of fiscal 2022-23, engineering exports achieved 62.86% of the $ 127 billion target set by the government for the entire fiscal year.
The share of the IT-BPM sector in the GDP of India is 7.4% in FY 2022. The IT and BPM industries' revenue is estimated at $227 billion in FY 2022. The domestic revenue of the IT industry is estimated at $49 billion, and export revenue is estimated at $181 billion in FY 2022.
