Everybody will run out of their arsenal in a case of a war...so they replenish it. Hezbollah can replenish during the war even if it needed to but the next confrontation if it happens would be short and very intense. Israel wouldn't want to deploy ground troops, it will be just like the 2012 offensive against Gaza where thousands of strikes within 8-9 days and Hamas managed 260 rockets a day. Hezbollah can do much more though and inflict casualties.
