it's funny you ignored the list of buyers in that article, Turkey and Israel and just mentioned Assad that even the writer says is incredible (and I say illogical) and source of the lie is from ISIS founders, UAE.
and for your info, if Assad wanted to buy the oil from his sworn enemies and they would sell it, he could do it in his own country, he doesn't need to buy it from ISIS in Iraq.

But when no oil wells or allied terrorist organisation involved they just rain down fire on cities and civilians like in the Iraq war as long as it hits the "goal" and then the losses are dropped of the table as "unavoidable colateral damage"

USA doesn't bombard ISIS controlled oil facilities unless they are going to fall to Syrian government forces, and it's exactly what they did last time. they bombarded a refinery which was surrounded by Syrian army.
